Dear overseas students

My name is Hiroshi Sato who governs the company which provides accommodation and other real estate things.
We have lots of famous sightseeing places like Beppu, Yufuin especially for hot springs and many foreign travelers from Korea, China and other countries come to enjoy playing golf and hot spring.
Moreover, over 4000 international students live in this place for studying. If we count the people and the families come with who work or teach at the organization, approximately, we’ve got more than 5000 international people.
But, in spite of such a many international people, we’ve got many problems should be solved to provide suitable accommodation and lives because of misunderstanding, lack of explanation and the difference of culture which is the most important problem.
Why? This is the reason that there are just a few Japanese presidents of real estate company who had been in foreign countries.
But, I had been in England for two years and graduated college and faced the difference of culture, homesick and found flat share accommodation by myself.
Therefore, I understand what you think, what you want and what you feel because I did.
And I believe that we are the one who can help you to make comfortable life in Japan.
